Deshaun Watson Rumored to be Settling With All His Accusers

Things on the Deshaun Watson front have gone pretty quiet as of late, which some believe means that he’s in the process of settling with all his accusers. Rich Eisen is one of those who think something is brewing behind the scenes, and that the lack of info coming from Lawyer Tony Buzbee can only mean he’s working with his clients to get a payday.

“You can hear a pin drop on Deshaun Watson … All eyes on the civil court system in Texas,” Eisen said this week on the Rich Eisen Show. “Is Deshaun Watson settling his cases right now?

“I think it’s quiet right now for a reason. You don’t hear a word from a lawyer (Tony Buzbee) who was on Instagram like he was a 16-year-old sophomore,” Eisen said. “Every single thing was going on Instagram. You don’t hear a word from him right now, do you? Why? Anybody who knows the legal system knows that means something’s being discussed and you don’t want to upset it.

“You could (say) settling doesn’t remove anything with Deshaun Watson. That’s correct, he could still get suspended, but not for the entirety of the 2021 season.”

Big Ben was suspended for four games for being accused of sexual misconduct by two women.

Watson’s latest accuser account stands at 22, so who knows what the NFL will do, even if he does settle.

Watson has the money to put all of this behind him, which really is his best chance of ever playing football again.
