Former NBA guard Delonte West is not going down without a fight, the former NBA player has plead not guilty to charges of obstruction/resisting without violence, open container and disorderly intoxication.

The incident went down in Boynton Beach, Florida in October.

Delonte West’s attorney reportedly delivered his client’s non guilty plea on Monday as confirmed by court documents, just three weeks after West’s dramatic arrest in Florida, according to TMZ.

West was reportedly banging on glass doors at the Boynton Beach police department lobby while yelling obscenities and homophobic slurs.

West then walked away from police and was ordered to place his alcohol containers on the ground. After complying, the police reports state that he reached for his waistband. A cop then pulled out a Taser and West “continued to be belligerent and screaming profanities and obscure rants” while he was placed in a patrol car.
