Deion Sanders was once a marvel of an athlete.

Now he has 8 toes. Deion Sanders revealed he had two toes amputated due to complications with a foot injury.

The Jackson State head coach also posted some gnarly footage of the procedure. Sanders gave us a look see of what went down when he posted a preview of the newest episode of the Barstool documentary series Coach Prime, which includes footage of the procedure where he had two toes amputated.

Deion had two toes amputated due to blood clots that formed after surgery targeting a foot injury that could be traced back to his playing career.
