Fake Conor McGregor has been put away.

34-year-old Englishman Mark Nye was stopped by police with a bunch of narcotics in his vehicle. According to The Irish Post, the man told the cops his name was “Conor” and he had a bunch of cards in the car that read, “McGregor Enterprises”.

The police then went through Nye’s phone and found ‘hundreds’ of text messages proving that he was selling illegal drugs in bulk.

The man has now been put away for three years, which might just end his run as fake Conor McGregor.

The real Conor has bigger things to worry about, as he’ll have his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier coming up in July. Poirier upset the Irish superstar with a second-round TKO last fight, and the July fight between McGregor and Poirier in Las Vegas is bound to have a whole bunch of fireworks.
