FS1 host Colin Cowherd has has a longtime feud with Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield ever since he was critical of the QB’s antics dating back to his days at Oklahoma.

So when the Browns were forced to turn to Case Keenum for Thursday Night Football with Baker dealing with an injury, Cowherd was looking for any reason to say the veteran is better for the team than Mayfield.

Sure enough, Keenum marched the Browns down the field to a TD on the first drive, even if he leaned on the run game. It’s safe to say Colin Cowherd was a little weirdly excited.

Fans trolled Colin Cowherd for his obsession with Baker Mayfield.

To make Colin Cowherd look even worse, Case Keenum looked uncomfortable for the rest of the half. And missed some throws that Baker Mayfield likely would have hit.

But nonetheless, Cowherd will stand by his guns when it comes to the Baker debate. And as long as Keenum wins the game against the lowly Broncos, Colin will likely have a segment comparing him to Baker Mayfield tomorrow.

If nothing else, at least Cowherd is predictable.
