Buffalo Bills receive Cole Beasley has turned himself into a spokesman for unvaccinated NFL players. So when Michael Irvin lashed out at the Cowboys’ unvaccinated players, it was no surprise that Beasley felt necessary to chime in.

Earlier today, Irvin claimed that any Cowboys players who wasn’t vaccinated was hurting their teams chances of winning the Super Bowl.

“Dude, you’re not thinking right,” Irvin said of players who opted against the vaccine. “Nothing else can be more important…And not being one of the [85 percent vaccinated teams] says there’s other things to a great number of people on this team that are more important than winning championships, and that makes me worried.”

Michael Irvin would go on to say that he would confront unvaccinated teammates if he was a member of the Cowboys.

Shortly after Irvin’s comments went viral, Cole Beasley shared his rebuttal.

“That’s not what that means,” Beasley responded to Irvin’s remarks. “You can be vaccinated and not do all the right things football wise to be at your best. All it means is players are gonna be out there with covid and we won’t know cause they only get tested once a week so the NFL can make their money.”

Cole Beasley is one of few players who have shared their feelings against taking the COVID-19 vaccine.

The NFL currently has a plan in place to relax COVID protocols on teams who are over the 85% vaccinated threshold.

Both the Cowboys and Beasley’s Bills are not among the 13 teams who have hit that threshold.
