Tom Brady may be done with the Bucs, but are the Bucs totally done with Tom Brady?

This week NFL insider Peter Schrager straight up asked Bucs GM Jason Licht if the team has moved on following Brady’s retirement. Licht made it clear he’s not ruling out anything, I mean, of course they’d want him back if he wanted to still play.

“We’ll see what the future holds,” Licht said, via Pro Football Talk. “We’ll leave the light on. You always leave the light on for a guy like Tom Brady.”

Tom himself hasn’t shut the door completely.

“All you can do is take it day by day, nothing’s promised for us,” Brady said following his retirement. “I’m gonna do things I really enjoy and spend time with people that I really enjoy spending time with. So the future is bright. I look forward to the opportunities that are ahead and I look forward to speaking with everyone again next year.

“So I’ve had a great time doing the show. We’ll keep it going and thank you to everyone for their amazing support, thanks for another great NFL football season. And I hope it just keeps getting better and better from here.”

For now it seems like Tom is retired, but hey, you never know.
