The Harper family welcomed their first child, their son Krew, in August of 2019. They announced that child #2 was on the way this past June when MLB was in a work stoppage due to the Coronavirus and the inability for the MLB and MLBPA to strike a deal.

Bryce Harper is entering year three of his massive 13-year deal with the Philadelphia Phillies. The right fielder has had his ups and downs in a Phillies uniform. The Phillies were not able to reach the postseason last year, but things could be looking up for the Phillies franchise.

The team has some nice pieces around Bryce Harper, and they figure to be buyers for the next few years. They think their window is now.

Luckily for the Phillies, they have one of the better outfielders in the game in Harper. The Philadelphia community will now welcome Brooklyn into their city.
