Bruce Arians Responds To Chase Young Calling Out Tom Brady

The NFL’s first super wildcard round is set and the Washington Football Team will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Chase Young was spotted on camera running to the tunnel calling out Tom Brady after WFT’s win over the Eagles. Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians, who has been a big critic of Tom Brady this season, has some words for the rookie Chase Young.

In the typical ways of Bruce Arians, he mostly praised Chase Young and the WFT. However, it wasn’t without a subtle threat.

“Both those kids from Ohio State, he and (receiver Terry) McLaurin, are great kids. He’s a handful, but so is (Montez) Sweat, (Daron) Payne, the rest of those guys,” Bruce Arians said, via Nick Shook of NFL.com. “Ryan Kerrigan, I’ve had a ton of respect for a long time. We’ll have our hands full, but it’s one of those games where you better watch what you wish for.”

As Coach Bruce Arians implied, Chase Young and the WFT better be ready for what’s coming for them. Tom Brady has yet to respond to being called out, but he is no stranger to that. The veteran quarterback probably won’t make too much of it and will focus on his preparation as he would for any other team.

Bruce Arians fully expects his team to be in full force when they take on the WFT this Saturday. He sent a clear message about Mike Evans’s status for the game, saying that someone may have to fight him to keep him off the field. As for Tom Brady, if he has proven anything this year it is that he is a master of preparation. Chase Young and the WFT better be ready when Bruce Arians and the Buccaneers come to town.
