Brittany Renner and Hornets forward P.J. Washington have gone Instagram official as far as their relationship status is concerned. Renner, who I have never heard of up until this very moment for some reason, is apparently famous for posting high-quality photographs on Instagram and has 5.1 million followers. This is quite possibly the most interesting thing involving a player on the Hornets since Willy Hernangomez came off the bench to score 14 points in 23 minutes in a March 5 loss to the Nuggets. I remember thinking to myself that game, “Huh, isn’t that interesting?”
Washington had some productive games before the NBA shutdown as a rookie out of Kentucky for the Hornets. Washington started 57 games and averaged 12.2 points per game and 5.4 rebounds per game.
This continues a busy week for “NBA P.J.s” after P.J. Tucker had his text messages leaked with an alleged side chick on Monday. Somebody get P.J. Brown to do something tomorrow.
I pegged Renner as more of a Cody Zeller girl, but I tend to be wrong at times.
