It is not a good time to be Bills rookie quarterback Jake Fromm. Fromm’s text messages were leaked by the Twitter handle of a girl with an unknown connection to him late last night. She then posted the followup from someone who presumably knows Jake Fromm attempting to do some covert ops to save his Bills gig:

With the heat apparently on him (and the Bills working real fast on making clear their stance), Jake Fromm put out a Twitter apology:

Some NFL players already chimed in on Fromm’s faux pas (that sounds like some sort of historical philosophy paper). The Jets’ Jamal Adams tweeted this, which has already been retweeted by Bills players like star corner Tre’davious White:

Tough look for Jake Fromm. It’s a day full of apologies already from all parts of the quarterback depth chart. But Fromm does not have the track record of character with his teammates that a guy like Drew Brees does. We’ll see how it goes for him.
