Arsenal Want A Lot Of Their Stars To Leave The Club

Arsenal are reportedly planning a massive overhaul of their squad this coming summer. Obviously there will be a number of going-outs and coming-ins over the next 12 months there.

The Independent has claimed Mikel Arteta is planning a huge clear-out, with as many as 11 players placed on the chopping block.

Prominent amongst them is Mesut Ozil who’s bent on milking the club dry while Callum Chambers, Mohammed Elneny, Sokratis Papasthopoulos, Sead Kolasinac and Shkodran Mustafi are all also in the mix.

Also to be let go is the duo of Konstantinos Mavropanos and Lucas Torreira, seemingly willing to give their all but not always there when you call.

And some of the club’s academy graduates are not even spared in the reforming, with Joe Willock, Reiss Nelson and Folarin Balogun all set for the exit door.

Arsenal want a lot of their stars out, or so it seems. Because the reason isn’t far-fetched. With a lot of these names not producing enough or even playing enough, maybe time to clear the wage bills and fund for better acquisitions.
