Alex Rodriguez was shedding for the wedding, unfortunately for him, that wedding ain’t gonna happen. The former Yankees slugger took to Instagram this week to show off his tremendous weight loss. He went from Dad Bod to a new slim look.

The kids call it a “Revenge Body”

Now we’re finding out some details, on what program A-Rod was doing, and how much it costs.

“Alex Rodriguez — who posted before-and-after pics of his weight loss this week with the caption “Left the Dad-bod in 2020” — has been participating in a $4,000 workout program.

The newly single (and svelte) former MLBer worked out at Miami’s 54D in the Coral Gables neighborhood. The program costs a whopping $4,000 and lasts nine weeks.

Back in March, A-Rod, 45, posted a picture of himself at the gym and, according to the owner, was devoted to sweating it out.

“A-Rod showed amazing commitment during our 54-day program,” workout founder Rodrigo Garduño tells Page Six. “He was at the training on time, no matter how busy his schedule could be. That is the only way to achieve results.“

The workout consists of HIIT training, cardio and weightlifting. It also offers nutritional counseling and asks that participants do not drink the entire nine weeks.

The plan also offers workout recovery programs — like freezing cold cryotherapy and Normatec boots, which cover the leg and offer pulse compression, we hear.”

4 Grand for A-Rod is absolutely nothing.

Now that he’s single and ready to mingle, the weight loss timing couldn’t be any more perfect.

Best of luck trying to win J-Lo back.
