Alex Rodriguez Wasn’t Mentioned at All in Jennifer Lopez’s InStyle Cover Story

While the world continues to root for former Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and his fiancce Jennifer Lopez, everything may not be back to normal quite yet. J-Lo’s latest cover story is now leading some to believe he was intentionally left out of the story. J-Lo’s exes Ben Affleck and Marc Anthony were both in the piece, and got some quotes to boot.  The very fact her exes were mentioned, but not her current fiancé raised some eyebrows.

Via Page Six:

Jennifer Lopez graces the cover of InStyle magazine and the story features glowing quotes from her exes — but her on-again fiancé Alex Rodriguez is noticeably missing.

J.Lo’s ex-husband Marc Anthony and former fiancé Ben Affleck were quoted in a new profile piece titled, “Jennifer Lopez In Her Own Words (and Everyone Else’s).”

But there are no quotes from A-Rod, nor any sign of her giant $1.8 million diamond engagement ring from the former Yankees slugger.

A media insider told us of the absence of Rodriguez in the InStyle piece, “This InStyle cover story was meant to help promote Jennifer’s movie ‘Marry Me.’ But the movie release date was pushed back to February 22 because of Covid.

“This story was done months ago, so it seems to indicate that Jennifer and Alex have been having problems for months.

“How else would her ex-husband and ex-fiancé be included, but not her current fiancé?”

Of  course everyone is looking at their relationship under a microscope.

This could mean something, or it could just be a coincidence.  Not sure why they would include Ben Affleck in the article and not A-Rod?

Check out the quotes from J-Lo’s exes below:

Marc Anthony (singer and ex-husband): The thing about Jennifer is her ability to see and understand things before they happen. Before she even brings an idea up, she has visualized it a thousand times. And if anyone says it might not be the greatest idea, she’ll say, “You just don’t see it yet.” Nine times out of 10, she’ll nail it. She’s the first one in the room and the last to leave. The hardest worker I’ve ever met. When we were together, it was quite the opposite for me. That has changed since. I learned so much from her. She’s the original!

Ben Affleck (ex-fiancé and co-star in Gigli, 2003): I thought I had a good work ethic, but I was completely humbled and blown away by what she was committed to doing day in and day out, the seriousness in which she took her work, the quiet and dedicated way she went about accomplishing her goals, and then how she would go back and redouble her efforts. She remains, to this day, the hardest-working person I’ve come across in this business. She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success, and I’m so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves.

Definitely suspicious.
