When a loose-lipped Chiefs employee told a liquor store employee about the Patrick Mahomes deal, she tweeted it before Adam Schefter could.

Being the top NFL reporter for ESPN isn’t always easy.

Adam Schefter is finding out that the hard way, as sometimes clowning around can be hazardous to your health.

It appears Adam Schefter suffered an injury after doing the Griddy.

According to Marcus Spears, Adam Schefter has a meniscus tear. The NFL journalist may require surgery, but he’s not sure yet just how damaged his knee is.

See below:

Schefter underwent an MRI, he’s afraid that he tore his ACL hitting the Griddy prior to the kickoff of a Monday Night Football game.

“We don’t know that it was [the Griddy]. I’m presuming, because shortly after that my knee began bothering me.”

“So it can’t be proven that it was from that,” Schefter continued. “But it could’ve been that twist right there!” he said after watching back the footage.

So Schefter can’t jump, and he can’t dance.

Sure does sound like a reporter who’s never played sports in his entire life.
