Aaron Rodgers was back on Sunday. But he wasn’t joined by Odell Beckham Jr. like many had envisioned.
When OBJ was granted his release by the Browns, it was heavily reported that Green Bay was in the driver’s seat to land the disgruntled receiver.

But when push came to shove, Odell Beckham Jr. decided to join the LA Rams over Aaron Rodgers’ Packers.
After defeating the Seahawks on Sunday, Rodgers spoke on not winning the OBJ sweepstakes.
Aaron Rodgers said he "felt good about the conversations" around the Odell Beckham Jr. pursuit and he appreciated Green Bay was in the mix.
Said ultimately it just wasn't the right fit.

Odell Beckham Jr. will make his debut for the Rams on Monday Night Football against the 49ers. As for Rodgers, he showed few signs of rust coming off the COVID list. He was 23-37 for 292 yards during the 17-0 route for the Packers.
Both LA and Green Bay are currently sitting in playoff position in their respective divisions. And ultimately, it seems like it came down to money and market for Odell Beckham Jr’s decision.
Perhaps Aaron Rodgers and the Packers will meet OBJ in the playoffs.
