Aaron Rodgers and the Packers successfully put the entire NFC on notice on Thursday Night Football with nearly their entire receiving room out due to COVID.

Despite being a heavy underdog, the Packers were able to defeat the Cardinals, moving their record to 7-1 on the year, tied for the best clip in their conference.

But after the game, Aaron Rodgers was forced to respond to something else altogether. When he was hit during the game, the star quarterback gave the entire internet a chance to make jokes and memes due to a completely absurd looking facial expression.

When asked about the moment after the game, Aaron Rodgers admitted that he had already seen the image, and he gave a perfect response.

“The internet is undefeated,” Rodgers said.

Aaron Rodgers has been around the public eye for long enough to know that he’s gonna be getting meme’d for a long time on this one. And it’s no surprise that he was in a jovial enough mood to laugh it off.

When Rodgers declared that he was returning to the Packers this season following a tumultuous offseason, many thought it was the beginning of the end for Green Bay’s reign. And the team came out of the gates with a dud of a performance against the Saints.

But like Aaron Rodgers has done his entire career, he rallied the troops, and they now look poised to make a run at a Super Bowl this season.

What a difference six weeks makes.
