Aaron Rodgers is reportedly feeling the backlash from his infamous rant on vaccinations.

After testing positive for COVID-19 last week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers made his first public comments on the Pat McAfee Show.

Rodgers’ comments stirred controversy by citing a “woke mob” who would criticize his decision of not taking one of the NFL-approved vaccines. The reigning NFL MVP added he  spoke with Joe Rogan for medical advice and used ivermectin as a treatment for the virus.

Now after that epic rant, Rodgers is feeling the sting.

According to reports, Rodgers is unhappy with people’s reactions, in particular some of his friends.

The Green Bay Packers star is “upset” at the response to his recent admission that he is not vaccinated against COVID-19 after previously saying that he had been “immunized” against the virus, a source close to the NFL star tells PEOPLE.

The source says that Rodgers “feels like he just shared his point of view, and now he’s being crucified for it.”

“He knew some people would disagree with him, but he didn’t know that it would become the s—storm it became. People who he thought were friends are turning on him,” the source tells PEOPLE.

“He’s upset,” the insider adds. “He’s very unhappy with the response to him.”

This sounds like a completely made up source.

Any source close to Rodgers is not going to talk to People about him being upset.

You have to love the tabloids.
