Aaron Rodgers Draws Attention For Wearing Anti-Cancel Culture Sweatshirt During Media Appearance

Chicago Bears legend Dick Butkus joined Twitter and started immediately trashing Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Friday

When Aaron Rodgers was heavily criticized for lying about his vaccination status prior to the season, he pointed to the “woke mob” and “cancel culture” for trying to influence the narrative around him.

He also shared thoughts that the media and people within his own locker room are out to get him.

During his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show”, Aaron Rodgers continued his uphill battle against the “culture” that he’s so convinced is to blame for the public perception of him (not accounts from former players, family members, or coaches).

When he went on with McAfee, Rodgers was rocking a sweatshirt with the phrase “cancel culture” crossed out.

“I like to speak the truth and I’m not part of this woke cancel culture that gets off on trying to silence people all the time,”  Aaron Rodgers said, discussing his comments to fans that he “owns” the Chicago Bears.

Rodgers would use the phrase again when discussing the flak he caught for not receiving the vaccine.

“I realize I’m in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now, so before my final nail gets put in my cancel-culture casket, I think I’d like to set the record straight on some of the blatant lies that are out there about myself right now,” Rodgers said last month.

Despite all the noise surrounding him, Aaron Rodgers remains one of the very best in the entire NFL. And after clinching the NFC North last weekend, the Packers will now set their sights on a Super Bowl run.
