Aaron Rodgers Believes in Bizarre Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory

Athletes have their quirks, and some even have bizarre conspiracy theories they believe in.  Perhaps no story is  more bizarre than the one former Packers QB Seneca Wallace told about Rodgers’ apparent belief in “chemtrail” conspiracy theories.

What is Chemtrail you ask? It’s the idea that cancer-causing toxins are sprayed by commercial airplanes flying overhead as part of a government plot to control the population, among other things.

Wallace, who was Rodgers’ backup in 2013, said the two-time MVP asked him about his thoughts on the topic.

Wallace said Rodgers asked him, “What do you think all that stuff is flying behind that jet stream? Do you think it has anything to do with maybe why everybody’s getting cancer?”

Rodgers was selected by Green Bay in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He backed up Brett Favre for the first three years of his NFL career before becoming the Packers’ starting quarterback in 2008. Players will be players.
