Aaron Hernandez Trending After Urban Meyer Was Fired By The Jaguars Late Wednesday Night

Former NFL tight end turned murderer, Aaron Hernandez, was trending after it was announced that Urban Meyer is out in Jacksonville

People were quick to remember that Urban Meyer has a history of cover ups after he was fired by the Jaguars. And mainly, Meyer’s history with convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez was at the forefront.

After kicker Josh Lambo accused Meyer of kicking him during a practice, he was finally let go as the head coach of the Jaguars late Wednesday night.

Shortly after Urban Meyer’s disastrous tenure came to a sudden end, people were flocking to social media to remember the coach’s role in the Aaron Hernandez story.

Nobody’s defending Urban Meyer’s character here. But I also don’t think it’s completely fair to blame him for anything about Aaron Hernandez being a convicted murderer.

Hernandez was famously found dead in his jail cell after hanging himself shortly into his stay.

Now that Urban Meyer isn’t a “winner” anymore, people are quick to recognize that his track record away from the football field is worrisome. Funny how that works…
