It’s pretty hard being a Manchester United fan these days.
After they failed to qualify for the Champions League last season, the Reds opened their season the same way they left the last one: with disappointment.
For the first time in over 100 years, Manchester United suffered a loss to the lowly Brighton & Hove Albion club at home.

Manchester United have dealt with plenty of turmoil to begin the new boss’s tenure, including dealing with Cristiano Ronaldo’s ask to be sold off to a team who had qualified for Champions League.
Obviously, Man U was hoping to start their season in much better fashion, but it’s just more lackluster play to begin the Premier League slate.
It’s shaping up to be another long season for Manchester United…
