Los Angeles Rams edge rusher Von Miller gave some insight when asked on the reports that his teammate, Aaron Donald, might retire following Super Bowl win

Another day, another joint practice fight.

Things have been pretty testy this preseason between NFL teams participating in joint practices. Prior to teams facing off in the preseason, the NFL schedules teams to hold joint practices, which as we already pointed out, have been leading to plenty of skirmishes on  the practice field. Fans in attendance quickly shared footage of an incident between Los Angeles Rams superstar defensive player Aaron Donald using helmets as weapons and swinging them before getting thrown to the ground. It was also reported during the chaos that Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle La’el Collins was swinging helmets at one point or another, but Aaron Donald was the one who was caught on camera.

According to The Athletic’s Paul Dehner Jr., it appeared Aaron Donald was right there in the mix swinging a helmet: “Huge fight now. Rams D-Bengals O going at it again. Appeared Aaron Donald had a Bengals helmet in his hand and was swinging it repeatedly.”

See all the footage from the joint practice fight below:

It’s never a good look to get caught using a helmet as a weapon.

It looked like the Cincinnati Bengals then decided to end practice following the big melee.

The Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals square off in Preseason Week 4 this coming Saturday at 3:00pm in Cincy. Might be worth checking out now.
