Per the reports today, Rob Gronkowski is done in the NFL.
Despite the general feeling the Gronk would run it back for (at least) one more year with Tom Brady, it was reported today that he told a Bucs insider he is retiring from the NFL.
Breaking: Rob Gronkowski tells me he’s retiring.
The future first ballot Hall of Famer won four Super Bowls while earning a spot on the NFL’s 100th Anniversary Team and 2010s All-Decade Team.
An all-time great officially hangs em up at 33 years old.

Rob Gronkowski has nothing left to prove, all has already cemented himself into the record books as one of the all-time pass catching tight ends. And at the end of the day, he’s found to have a ton of post-playing opportunities given his boisterous personality.
But with all that being said, we’ll miss watching Gronk suit up on Sundays.
The Rob Gronkowski show in the NFL is now officially over. But oh what a show it was…
