Two fans brought all the smoke on NFL opening night.

The Los Angeles Rams and Buffalo Bills kicked off the 2022 NFL season Thursday night with a pretty forgettable game. The Buffalo Bills dominated a game that was filled with plenty of turnovers. It was a laugher by the fourth quarter. That of course was the case until a pair of streakers hit the field and brought a pink smoke stick with them. The bright pink smoke from the flare led to some on social media, including ESPN’s Emmanuel Acho, to question if the field invasion was in fact part of a gender reveal.

‘Ummm we just had a streaker or a gender reveal on the field!,’ Acho captioned the incident in a video he posted to Twitter.

Check out some video of the incident below:

It’s never a good thing when the highlight of the second half of a game is when two streakers hit the gridiron.  Two women running on the field bringing the smoke was definitely not on my NFL opening night Bingo Card.  I’d like to thank these ladies for breaking up the game of what was an otherwise snoozefest. The Rams were defeated 31-10 in what was perhaps the worst opening performance by a defending Super Bowl champion in recent history.

Of course it was something to write about.
