Hue Jackson’s Browns Claim Leads To Another Loss

After Brian Flores opened a racial discrimination lawsuit against the Dolphins and Giants, Hue Jackson wanted to get in on the news.

Specifically, Jackson claimed that like Flores, he was also asked by ownership to lose games when he was the head coach of the Cleveland Browns.

On Monday afternoon, the NFL officially announced that they couldn’t confirm any of Hue Jackson’s claims following an investigation.

The Browns also spoke on getting their name cleared following Hue Jackson’s claims.

“We appreciate the independent investigation led by Mary Jo White and the Debevoise team which brings closure to these allegations that Hue Jackson publicly recanted shortly after they were made and that we’ve known all along are categorically false,” the Browns said in a statement. “As we’ve previously stated, we welcomed this investigation because the integrity of our game is something that should not be taken lightly and an independent review was crucial in bringing a conclusion to this matter.”

So, this whole claim will lead to another loss for Hue Jackson — who should be pretty used to that by now. During his 40-game tenure as an NFL head coach, Jackson was an abysmal 3-35-1.

Now, the disgruntled former NFL coach has landed as the head man at Grambling State University.
