Every year, the coaches picture at the annual NFL league meetings goes viral. And this time, Panthers head coach Matt Rhule took the brunt of the jokes on social media.

This morning, Adam Schefter tweeted out the yearly picture of the coaches standing together at the meetings.

Once people spotted Matt Rhule, the jokes were aplenty all over social media.

Check out some of the best ones:

Matt Rhule is entering his third season as the Panthers head coach.

During his time in Carolina, Rhule has endured a revolving door at QB, including having Sam Darnold take the bulk of the snaps last season. All in all, he hasn’t proven to be the offensive mastermind he was labeled as during his days as the Baylor head coach. But the system would undoubtedly look better with a more competent signal-caller.

In his first three seasons, Matt Rhule’s Panthers have gone an abysmal 10-23. And by the looks of it, all the losing has taken its toll on the head coach.
