Looks like Sunday Ticket is going streaming.

Sunday Ticket could end up being the biggest ticket in the NFL’s broadcasting rights portfolio.

According to Dylan Byers of Puck News,  the price for the out-of-market package could reach as  much as $3 billion per year. The report also pegs Apple as the “most likely” winner of the Sunday Ticket rights. The  other streamers bidding on the package are Disney and Amazon.

Sunday Ticket allows fans to watch out-of-market games.

Since its inception it’s been exclusively offered  by DIRECTV.  Hopefully Apple can do some really cool stuff with it, there’s obviousy so much potential when you have that many games at your fingertips.
