The Chicago Bears are not predicted to have a very good season.
In fact they are currently slated to win 6.5 games at most Sportsbooks. The Chicago Bears under has been one of the most popular win totals leading up to the start of the season. At Caesars, there’s 18-times more under money than over money on Chicago. At DraftKings, under 6.5 wins moved from -120 to -125 in late June, then to -190 by early August. It wouldn’t be too surprising to see a move down to 6 at some point before the first week kicks off.
That’s why it’s always strange when someone places money on the other side of things, like the Chicago Bears to win the Super Bowl or the NFC. One bettor must be feeling this Bears, he just put down some cash on the Bears to win the NFC. Now it really wasn’t all that much money, only $900, but that’s the biggest bet the Chicago Bears have received thus far. They still have yet to receive a single $1000 bet to win the Super Bowl.

An NJ bettor put $900 on Bears 75/1 to win NFC this past weekend for a potential win of $67,500.
That's the largest Bears Super Bowl or NFC bet this entire offseason at @CaesarsSports.
The Bears are one of two teams (Texans) that haven't gotten a single $1000+ Super Bowl bet.

The Chicago Bears and the Houston Texans are the only two teams who have yet to receive a $1000+ bet, which is pretty telling.
The Betting Public is not liking their chances. Rightfully so, the Bears are coming off a miserable season, and they now have a new head coach. They did have a successful preseason, but like Bill Belichick recently said, the preseason is not an indicator of regular season performance.
