After Dwayne Haskins' successful first game as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers, the question now becomes: Will he be Ben Roethlisberger's replacement?

Former NFL quarterback Dwayne Haskins suffered a terrible fate this offseason when he was killed after running out of gas on the highway.

Haskins had been in Florida at the time of the car crash, training with several teammates for their offseason program.

Today, the toxicology report revealed that Dwayne Haskins had some alcohol and drugs in his system at the time of his death.

Shortly after, Dwayne Haskins’ widow Kalabrya Haskins posted a statement calling for “patience and prudence” from the public before jumping to conclusions.

Kalabrya Haskins called a 911 dispatcher when she became worried that Dwayne wasn’t answering her calls or texts on the night of the incident.

Haskins was a former first round pick by the Washington Football Team in 2019, but was given a second chance to revitalize his career with the Steelers after being cut following his stint in Washington.

By all accounts, Dwayne Haskins was a beloved teammate who always wanted people around him to be happy.

RIP
