Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is going to have to get used to being public enemy #1 during every road game.

In his first action since the sexual harassment scandal, Watson suited up for the Browns during their preseason game in Jacksonville this week.

When taking the field, Deshaun was serenaded by Jaguars fans with “f you sicko” chance while he was in the huddle.

After initially maintaining that he did nothing wrong, Deshaun Watson finally gave a roundabout apology that aired during the Browns’ pregame on Friday afternoon.

“Look, I want to say that I’m truly sorry to all of the women that I have impacted in this situation. The decisions that I made in my life that put me in this position, I would definitely like to have back, but I want to continue to move forward and grow and learn and show that I am a true person of character and I’m going to keep pushing forward,” Watson said.

At first, a judge ordered Deshaun Watson to be suspended for the first six games of the upcoming season. But the NFL quickly appealed that decision, and is said to be looking more at around a 12 game suspension for the QB.

According to some reports that surfaced this week, Watson and the Browns would be content with an eight game suspension.

For the moment, it will be veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett who fills in for the Browns during Deshaun Watson’s suspension, however long that may be.
