The Cleveland Browns thought they were going to have Deshaun Watson this season, after all.

Earlier in the week, it was announced by a judge that Watson was being handed down just a six game suspension following the investigation into sexual assault.

Today, however, the NFL announced that they were planning on appealing the judge’s decision to hand down just six games for Deshaun Watson.

The Cleveland Browns were asked about the NFL’s latest decision regarding Deshaun Watson, but offered up a simple “no comment”.

Even before Deshaun Watson was suspended, he was participating in Training Camp. And after the news, he remained at Browns camp.

Still, Watson has been celebrated but the Browns faithful, and we wouldn’t expect that sentiment to change even after all the damning evidence surrounding the signal-caller.

We’ll await any more news regarding the NFL’s appeal of the Deshaun Watson suspension.
