Charissa Thompson fans are going to be very happy today.

With the NFL going full streaming this coming season Thursdays, it’s time for new jobs to be filled out. According to Andrew Marchand of the New York Post, Charissa Thompson has a new gig. She is set to join Amazon and be Amazon Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football pregame show host. She will join Tony Gonzazlez to bring you all the pregame fun that goes along with a primetime NFL Game.

“Fox Sports’ Charissa Thompson is expected to be the host of Amazon Prime Video’s exclusive “Thursday Night Football” coverage in the fall, The Post has learned.

The deal, which is in the final stages of negotiations, will team Thompson with Tony Gonzalez, who has already been announced by Amazon. The Post has previously reported that Ryan Fitzpatrick, Richard Sherman and Marshawn Lynch are likely to be involved.

Amazon declined comment.”

Charissa will continue her duties hosting Fox Pregame show on Sudays, she’ll just now be busy on Thursday nights too.

Front Office Sports first mentioned Amazon’s interest in Thompson.
