Former Broncos star WR Demaryius Thomas passed away back in December.

The autopsy report from the death of Demaryius Thomas has been made public. Thomas reportedly died of “complications of a seizure disorder,” according to an autopsy report that was released by the Fulton County Medical examiner on Friday.

“Official cause of Demaryius Thomas’ death is “Complications of Seizure Disorder,” per medical examiner report. Manner of death is listed as “Undetermined.” Demaryius Thomas was found dead in his shower last December 9th”

Doctors from Boston University announced a month ago that the former Denver Broncos wide receiver was posthumously diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE.

The autopsy report stated that it is not believed that there was a direct link between the seizure disorder and CTE.

Following Thomas’ sudden death, his cousin said the family believes a seizure was the cause. The seizures began after Thomas was involved in a car accident back in 2019.

RIP Demaryius.
