Audio Released of Dwayne Haskins’ Wife’s 911 Call Morning of QB’s Tragic Death

Dwayne Haskins tragic passing continues to get more heartbreaking by the day.

Now we have some audio from the day of the accident.

Haskins’ wife Kalabrya  placed a call to 911 from Pittsburgh to explain that the quarterback was walking to get gas in Florida after he was left stranded in his car.

Kalabrya reportedly had tried to reach the Steelers quarterback after he never got back to her.

“I kept calling and kept calling,” she told the officer. “He wasn’t answering. Eventually, after 10 minutes of calling the phone, eventually it cut off. It’s not working now. I had his location. I just want somebody to go in the area and see if his car is there and if he’s OK and if anything happened to him.”

There were rumors of Haskins possibly being on the freeway trying to get gas, but it wasn’t clear until this audio got released.

Haskins was run over and killed by a dump truck while walking on I-595 West at the I-95 interchange outside Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. He had been in the area training with Steelers teammates.
