Former Pittsburgh Steelers teammate Antonio Brown sent a message to Ben Roethlisberger after the QB announced he was calling it a career Thursday

Is Antonio Brown planning a return to the Steelers?

As free agents are flying off the board, the troubled Brown remains unsigned. And he’s been pretty loud on social media when speaking on why teams won’t be taking a chance on him.

On Monday, AB had another tweet that led to some heavy speculation.

“Just wanna Retire A Steeler,” he said.

As fans were drawing conclusions based on the tweet, Antonio Brown clarified.

Antonio Brown had some of his best years catching passes from Ben Roethlisberger for the Pittsburgh Steelers. But when he asked out of the Steel City, it started a long run of Brown drawing attention to himself and being considered a locker room cancer.

Now, teams have been wary of giving Brown a chance after his on-field tirade resulted in him being cut by the Bucs last season.

Given how dominant he can still be, I’d expect some team to give Antonio Brown a chance. But don’t expect any deal in the imminent future.
