Do the Lions have a budding superstar in pass-rusher Aidan Hutchinson?

This week, the rookie has been the talk of social media. First, it was a “Hard Knocks” video of the Michigan product riling up the Detroit meeting room with a passionate rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Billy Jean”

In the Lions’ preseason game against the Falcons, Aidan Hutchinson made his presence felt early and often.

In his most impressive play, Hutchinson was able to use a swim move to get past the offensive line. He was then able to take down the ball carrier in the backfield for a loss.

After his eventful week, many bettors were wondering what Aidan Hutchinson’s odds are to win Defensive Rookie of the Year.

According to Pickswise, Hutchinson is still at +600 to win the award.

After wreaking havoc in the first preseason game, Aidan Hutchinson spoke on how much fun he had throughout the entire game.

“It was awesome,” Hutchinson said after the 27-23 preseason loss on Friday. “I’m glad I got the opportunities, glad the plays came my way. It’s just my job to make them.”

For now, it seems like Aidan Hutchinson has as good of a chance as anybody to win the Defensive Rookie of the Year award this season.

He should be fun to watch.
