Aaron Rodgers is already in mid season form.

Davante Adams made a statement that raised eyebrows when he said of his move from Aaron Rodgers to Derek Carr that he was “going from Hall of Famer to Hall of Famer.” When asked about the quote, Adams took the opportunity to clarify that he misspoke, that he meant to say that it *would* be a difficult transition *even if* he was going from Hall of Famer to Hall of Famer.

That clarification didn’t stop the future Hall of Famer from poking some fun at Adams when he was asked about the transition from Davante Adams to Allen Lazard.

“I mean it’s always tough going from Hall of Famer to Hall of Famer,” said Rodgers, drawing laughter from the media on hand. “From Davante to Allen, it’s gonna be a transition, but he’s capable of a lot.”

There’s not a thing that Rodgers misses, he seems to be on top of every viral story.

Rodgers is going to still put up numbers without Adams, but it won’t be as easy. Adams too is going to see his stats suffer as well.

But they both should be perfectly fine without each other…
