Despite being in the second round of the NBA Playoffs, things are looking pretty grim for the Philadelphia 76ers.
After losing superstar big man Joel Embiid to injury, the Sixers are calling largely on James Harden and Tyrese Maxey to carry the load for the time being. And during Game One, they were completely outmatched by the #1 seeded Miami Heat.
And during the game, it looked like Tyrese Maxey had enough of James Harden. When they came to the bench at the end of the game, Harden followed Maxey to sit down. But as Harden kept following Maxey around the bench, he continuously got snubbed.
Check out the extremely awkward encounter:

Now, when looking at the video a second time, it appears that a Sixers coach called Tyrese Maxey over to talk, and he wasn’t necessarily snubbing James Harden.
But regardless, it looked like he wanted nothing to do with the high-priced midseason acquisition nonetheless.
During the Game One loss, Tyrese Maxey put up 19 points while James Harden added just 16.
It’s safe to say they’ll need more out of those two for any chance to compete with the Heat without Joel Embiid’s services.
