Video: Bronny James Chase Down Block Looks a Lot Like LeBron

Like Father like Son.

Another day another Bronny James highlight from across the pond. During the California Basketball Club’s last game of the Axe Euro Tour against Italy’s Stella Azzurra, Bronny James had a chase down block that looked a lot like LeBron’s signature defensive move. You know that play, the one where LeBron comes out of nowhere to make a block.

Watch the Bronny James highlight below:

Not to oversell this, but it was every bit as impressive, and arguably maybe more important than LeBron’s chasedown block of Andre Iguodala in the 2016 NBA Finals.

You can see LeBron’s iconic block below;

Looks pretty much the same to me.

See? This is exactly what Skip Bayless was talking about. Bronny is the future, at least if he continues on this path.

Bronny James was currently being linked to Oregon, but his Dad quickly shut down any rumors of Bronny’s collegiate destination.  According to LeBron, he would like to finish his career playing alongside his son, which would be an incredible feat. Who knows what LeBron’s game will look like at that point,  but to see a Father and son take the court together in an NBA game would definitely be historic.

Based on Bronny’s latest block, he probably has the stuff he needs to play in the NBA.

But a lot can happen between now and then…
