Victor Oladipo Threw Heavy Shade At Skip Bayless After Heat’s Win Sunday

When Victor Oladipo finally got extended minutes for the Heat on Sunday, he wasn’t going to let the opportunity pass him by.

The talented wing showcased his ability to play elite defense while proving to be a spark plug early and often during the Heat’s 110-86 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday afternoon. During the game, Oladipo only had six points. But his defensive prowess, as well as rebounding, was on full display — leading to a +28 for the team when he was in the game.

As he was leaving the podium to give way to Jimmy Butler, Victor Oladipo made sure to slam a Skip Bayless report saying Butler forced the Heat not to play Oladipo.

Earlier in the postseason, Skip Bayless claimed that Jimmy Butler made sure that Erik Spolestra didn’t give Victor Oladipo minutes.

“Jimmy just flat out told Spo ‘I don’t want to share the floor with him,” Skip said.

Apparently, the relationship between Jimmy Butler and Victor Oladipo is just fine. And for them to reach their championship goals, they’ll likely need Oladipo to continue to be a difference-maker for the team.

This appears to be another instance where Skip Bayless was just talking out of his a**, which we shouldn’t be surprised about whatsoever.

After the win on Sunday, the Heat now have a commanding 3-1 lead over the Hawks, and will head back to Miami to try to close out the series.
