Trae Young Ruthlessly Taunts Knicks Fan: ‘Hold that L’

Josh Engleman brings you his NBA fantasy basketball show with strategy on how to build DraftKings & FanDuel NBA DFS lineups today, 1/31/2022.

Trae Young loves playing the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Young and New York Knicks fans have a little thing going on following last season’s playoff series in which Knicks fans chanted insults and someone even spat at the Atlanta Hawks guard. So of course when Young played in MSG on Tuesday night, he made sure to not only put up big numbers, but get in his licks on Knicks fans.

Look at him handing out an L during the game:

After the game, the point guard repeated what he’s previously said about hecklers at the Garden:

“At the end of the day, fans can only talk. They can’t guard me. They’re not out there playing.”

Young said it’s all about “letting [his] play do the talking.”

Atlanta is in the 10th spot in the Eastern Conference, which would put them in the play-in tournament today.

If only Trae and the Hawks played the Knicks every night.
