Stephen A Smith’s Hilarious “Cold” Intro Into TD Garden Goes Viral

According to a report, Stephen A. Smith is going after Magic Johnson hard to be Max Kellerman's replacement as his co-host on "First Take"

14 June 2012: American sports reporter for ESPN Stephen A. Smith is seen prior to Game 2 - Heat at Thunder - of the 2012 NBA Finals, at the Chesapeake Energy Arena, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

Stephen A. Smith was ready for battle in Boston on Saturday night.

Prior to Game 3 between the Celtics and Heat, ESPN tried to hype up Stephen A by posting a picture of him all swagged out strolling into TD Garden prior to the opening tip.

Fans all had the joke that Stephen A. Smith was being hyped up like he was about to pull off a superstar performance on the court for Game 3.

ESPN has been hyping up Stephen A. Smith for a while now, but this might be a little too much, even for them.

Nonetheless, Stephen A and the ESPN squad got the opportunity to call a pretty good one on Saturday night. Even coming in as decent underdogs and losing Jimmy Butler mid-game, the Heat were able to take the pivotal 2-1 lead in the series.

Now, the Celtics will have pretty close to a must win game in Game 4 at TD Garden. And Stephen A. Smith will likely be sagging in for that one, as well.
