Stephen A. Smith Uses Ukraine Situation To Continue To Bash Kyrie Irving

Stephen A. Smith was paired with Christopher "Mad Dog" Russo on Wednesday and it got just as crazy as we all thought it was going to go

It has been a busy past few days for Stephen A. Smith.

As if the NBA Playoffs weren’t enough fuel for the energetic media personality, he now has both the Ben Simmons and Kyrie Irving sitatuions to continue to fuel his fire.

When Kyrie used the lack of continuity with his Nets teammates as an excuse following their Game Three loss to the Celtics, Stephen A went off.

“I would never give him a long-term contract again! He cannot be trusted. … He is one of the absolute professionals at missing work.”

Of course, Stephen A. Smith didn’t stop there.

When speaking about how unreliable Kyrie is on Monday, Smith revealed that he thought the Nets point guard might leave the team due to Russia bombing Ukraine.

In Stephen A’s defense, Kyrie Irving does have a history of leaving basketball due to political events that anger him.

Specifically, Kyrie took an unannounced hiatus from the Nets last season hen the Capitol Building riot shook the nation last year.

We never really know what Kyrie Irving is going to say or do next, and clearly Stephen A. Smith has had enough of the whole thing.
