Sonya Curry is telling all.

And to think the world almost missed out on Steph Curry.

The mother of NBA star Steph Curry, Sonya Curry, is chronicling the never-before-shared stories of raising her children and her lifelong devotion to education, family, and faith. Curry’s journey was filled with defeats and hard-fought victories, even some close calls. Sonya spills all the tea in her new memoir Fierce Love. While doing an interview promoting her new book, Sonya talks about how Steph wasn’t a planned pregnancy, and she considered abortion, but thankfully as we know that didn’t happen.

They were in front of the hospital when they decided not to go ahead. They already scheduled the termination.

Watch Sonya explain below:

Steph gave a plug to his Mom’s book earlier in the week:

Sonya was in the news recently as she and Steph’s father Dell divorced.

Steph’s Mom was accused of cheating with a former Patriots player.
