Notorious NBA ref Scott Foster got the assignment for the first game of the Celtics-Bucks series today. And while many were bracing for some terrible missed calls, he was going viral for another reason during the first half of the game.

When the camera panned to popular rapper, Jack Harlow, in the stands in Boston, Foster was caught on the floor desperately trying to figure out who the young rapper was.

Check it out:

So far, Scott Foster hasn’t had the chance to make any egregiously poor calls. But he riled up the people on Twitter over his mic’d up Jack Harlow moment.

Luckily for Suns fans, Foster isn’t gearing up for their series against the Mavericks. Because throughout his career, the longtime ref has been a bad omen for Chris Paul. In his postseason career, Paul is 0-14 in games in which Foster is reffing.

Perhaps Scott Foster should feel happy that he’s going viral over the Jack Harlow response instead of something more controversial this time.
