NBA referee Scott Foster has developed quite the reputation for making some terrible calls in big spots.

This postseason, it’s been lamented that Chris Paul has never won a game that Foster has officiated.

Luckily for CP3, Scott Foster will not be on assignment for they game on Sunday. But the veteran ref has haunted James Harden in the past as well. And unfortunately for the 76ers, he’ll be working their pivotal Game 4 against the Heat tonight.

Immediately after hearing the news, Foster was trending all over the web.

Scott Foster might just be the final straw in the 76ers season.

After falling both games in Miami, the 76ers got Joel Embiid back for Game 3 and were able to cut their deficit to 2-1. Now, they’ll need one more win to really make this series a toss up.

They’ll have to overcome a Heat team who now know the dynamic has changed. And unfortunately, they might also have to overcome Scott Foster.

Good luck, Philly.
