Is Luka Doncic really slamming brews prior to Game 1 against the Warriors tonight.

This afternoon, a photo of Luka and Boban Marjonovic bringing beer on a patio went viral all over the web.

But to the surprise of no one, the Luka Doncic beer pic appears to be from an earlier date.

Per TMZ:

“No, Luka Doncic is not poundin’ cold ones before Dallas’ huge playoff game against the Warriors 
 the Mavericks tell TMZ Sports the photo of the star with a beer making its rounds on social media on Wednesday is an old pic.

Luka, according to a Mavs spokesperson, has been in the training room all morning gearing up for the first game of the Western Conference Finals — not getting a buzz on at a restaurant.

“I can tell you this wasn’t taken today,” the spokesperson said.”

Luka Doncic is coming off of one of the most dominant Game 7 performances we’ve ever seen against the Suns. And he sounds as confident as ever even as the underdog against the high-powered Warriors.

Unfortunately, he wasn’t slamming brews before the first tip. But the internet is going to continue to fo it’s thing anyways.

Can’t wait to see what Luka Doncic has in store for Steph and the Warriors.
