Rachel Nichols is alive and well.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Rachel Nichols, and this week the former ESPN employee surfaced. NBA Twitter has been having a field day after photos surfaced showing the former ESPN reporter at a club with Sixers players Joel Embiid and James Harden.

Nichols and ESPN reached a settlement to officially end her deal with ESPN after private comments she made about Maria Taylor at the network were made public last year. Nichols had one year remaining on her contract.

Here’s a transcript of Nichols private conversation below:

“I wish Maria Taylor all the success in the world — she covers football, she covers basketball,” Nichols said in the leaked audio. “If you need to give her more things to do because you are feeling pressure about your crappy longtime record on diversity — which, by the way, I know personally from the female side of it — like, go for it. Just find it somewhere else. You are not going to find it from me or taking my thing away.”

Of course there were those wild rumors about Rachel Nichols and Jimmy Butler.

What can you say, she likes covering NBA guys.
