New Footage Shows Protestor Dressed As Ref Before Being Carried Off The Floor Like A Rag Doll At T-Wolves Game

The NBA's two Ukraine players, Alex Len and Svi Mykhailiuk, released a joint statement amid the scary Russia invasion of their homeland this week

20 February 2007: Basketballs are brought on to the court before the start of the game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Washington Wizards at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. The Wizards defeated the Timberwolves 112-100.

The protestors were back in full force for the Timberwolves-Grizzlies game on  Saturday. But this time, security was ready for anything.

When a woman attempted to jump on the floor from the second row of Target Center during the third quarter, she was immediately trucked by a nearby security guard before being slugged off the floor by more members of the security team.

Check it out:

Later, some closer footage showed that the woman appeared to be hilariously dressed as a ref while trying to make her move onto the court.

It appears as though the protestors that have been swarming the Timberwolves games are animal rights activists who have taken issue with the team’s owner, Glen Taylor.

Taylor owns a farm where he recently had to kill a lot of chickens due to an outbreak of bird flu.

Luckily for him, the Timberwolves will now travel back to Memphis to take on the Grizzlies in Game Five. But perhaps the protestors will make the trip as well to get their point across.
